Get things fixed

1. Is it a civic issue or a villa issue?

Streetlights, public roads, garbage collection, drains, water supply and power lines are handled by civic agencies. Problems inside your own villa are your own responsibility.

2. Report it to the agency

• Garbage, drains, streetlights, roads: the MCD helpline, 155305.
• Power cuts and electrical hazards: BSES Rajdhani, 19123.
• Water supply and sewer: the Delhi Jal Board, 1916.

Note the complaint number you are given.

3. Tell KHCA

Send KHCA a photo, the exact location and your complaint number on WhatsApp. KHCA follows up with the departments on behalf of the colony. For water supply, Anuj Kansal is in regular touch with the Delhi Jal Board and shares updates on the colony groups.

4. Follow up

If nothing moves within the promised time, send us the complaint number again and we will take it up.
